Also, I had issues with the audio. This is the max my video editing software allowed me to turn up the volume. :-/ Turning it up through other methods distorted the audio. But if you turn it up it should sound fine. Still figuring out the updated version of my video editing software as well as my new microphone. Learning as I go! :)

My perfectionist and organised side is crying for all those unfinished and barely started journals 😭 may you think about ripping out of the written pages and keep them in a folder, so that you can use again those notebooks (they're basically blank)?

I have been looking for the perfect deodorant for Arizona summers. Here's what I've tried so far and how I feel about them. I lived in North Dakota for an entire year. I used Primal Pit Paste Pots in several of their scents in the mini pots because I'm sensitive to smells and didn't want to spend a bunch of money on a deodorant that I might end up not liking (I tried Jasmine, lime coconut, lavender, orange creamsicle, lemonade, spice & unscented.). I was using these and having no problem with them except for when I tried to apply them the same day of shaving. They even worked whilst being pregnant. The only reason I looked for yet another new deodorant is because I couldn't find them in stores and during winter it was more difficult to get to the post office in my area. And then, we ended up moving to Colorado. I've never tried the stick form. When I lived in Colorado (during the winter/spring) I tried Schmidt's Deodorant pot in Bergamot Lime and I had no problems with it at all (I was pregnant during that time too.). Then, we moved to Indiana and was able to repurchase Primal Pit Paste Pots (I lived in Indiana through all of the seasons and found this deodorant to work fine for me on most days. It's not so great on extremely muggy & hot days. I now live in Arizona and have been through all of the seasons. Primal Pit Paste DOES NOT WORK for me during the Arizona summer (It melts in the pot and becomes soupy at around 84 degrees F). For me, Primal Pit Paste still gives me a rash when I apply it the same day I shave under my arms and it burns like a bunch of fire ants biting me. For some reason though, I have no need for any deodorant at all during the Arizona winter/spring/fall seasons. Maybe because of the arid climate?). When I lived in California, I tried Now brand Apricot scented deodorant stick. It smelled like a dessert to me. It didn't make me break out, but it was one of the worst natural deodorants for me. I might have had a defective one because it was too creamy and the moment I put it to my skin it melted as if it was mostly coconut oil. Customer service was horrible. They flat out told me that it was my fault that I smelled so bad (Funny, because at the time, I was and had been eating clean "low fat raw vegan", no packaged or cooked foods, for quite a while before I tried this deodorant.). They wouldn't refund my money or replace the stick. I also tried the crystal deodorant in both crystal and liquid form. They didn't really work for me. One last deodorant I've tried whilst living in California (all seasons), is Welleda spray on deodorant. Like others have said, DO NOT try to spray this on the same day you've shaved your arm pits. It hurts. I also noticed that it didn't last even a few hours before it made me smell worse than if I'd used nothing. I still have it and use it as a rode water spritz perfume for my body rather than the pits.

I found a new natural alternative. Lume deodorant, they have a youtube site too. all natural, no aluminum and no baking soda, i know that baking soda can irritate some people. you can use it anywhere on your body. and they have some kind of bunny award for not hurting animals and passed some weird sniff test, check the video. they list their ingredients and it was developed by a doctor, not a big company. easy to order online too. it lasts two days for me and i am a stinky guy living in Texas
